IN-HOUSE TRAINING PROGRAM

In-house training seminars are short courses tailored for a specific company and taught only to that company’s employees and/or their associated if required so. They are designed based on the company’s specific needs, taught exclusively and kept confidential to protect client’s competitive elements and advantages.
They return to their jobs with new business knowledge, skills, ideas, and an accelerated motivation for achieving organizational goals.

Seminars are taught in local languages or in English by professionals with rich academic and practical experience in Bosnia and internationally. Duration of seminars varies from one day to several weeks in modules stretched over a longer period of time.
Upon the completion the participants are awarded Certificate of Attendance. SGSB has customized and delivered over 15 in-house trainings to various companies in the country.
