Five-course program stresses the tools and concepts used by successful companies. It will enable the participants to have an immediate impact in the areas of strategic planning, assessing past performance, short-term planning, evaluating investment proposals and accessing the need for outside capital.

Since 2005 three cohorts with 52 students have successfully completed the program. Given the increased need and requirements SGSB will for the first time offer this program in Tuzla.
