EXECUTIVE EDUCATION PROGRAM AT SGSB

As a part of its operations, SGSB designed and launched Executive Education Program in the beginning of 2005. Since our mission is to bring together people of daring ambitions and enable the business community to realize its full potential, all our efforts are focused on providing the top quality in education and best services to our clients who are in need for new business ideas, knowledge and tools.

SGSB offers innovative and comprehensive approach that addresses the needs of middle- and senior-level managers operating in rapidly changing business environment.

We have developed three types of Education Programs:

• OPEN ENROLLEMENT PROGRAM
• IN-HOUSE TRAINING PROGRAM
• CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS

All our executive education programs are highly interactive and engage instructors with significant teaching and consulting experience related to the topic and industry. Throughout this kind of training and service SGSB has established excellent cooperation and relations with the businesses.
Over 1,500 individuals from different companies and organizations successfully completed our seminars. The companies now come to us asking for training and executive education programs. We always listen to the requests and needs of our clients trying to make a best match between his/her needs and the input from the world's best business practices.

SGSB shall issue certificates to each and every participant in short course.

SGSB will be issuing the following types of certificates:

• 1) Certificate of Attendance – This type of certificate will be awarded to all students attending more than 75% of the training. Furthermore, it only certifies that a student attended training. It does not reflect whether a student understood the material and/or to what extent he/she can utilize the skills and/or transfer the knowledge disseminated through the short course.
• 2) Certificate of Completion – This type of certificate will be awarded to all students that not only attended a course, but were also able to demonstrate that they have understood the material and acquired skills. It will usually require either some form of objective examination or an oral presentation.

Certificates will be in English or in one of local languages. On participant’s request, SGSB will issue certificate in two languages.

Format and text of certificates are determined by the SGSB Management. In principle, certificates will be awarded immediately after completion of a course. If it is not possible, the date and place of distribution will be announced at the end of the course.
